Although, I could be wrong. I'm not too familiar with MySpace but Jay's has his age as 39. If that's true, then he was 24 or 25 in Street Fighter. I wouldn't be surprised; Ming Na was 30, Kylie Minoge was 26 and Byron Mann was 27.

I just searched his name on Yahoo and one site is saying it's June 14, 1968. Don't know if it's true but he doesn't look like he'd be past 44 or younger than 41. If he's older than that, I want to know his secret.

I must say that he is really in shape for a 51 year old. Just goes to show that if you take care of yourself you can maintain your youth.
And he runs marathons too.

There was in5b4terview he did for Cowboys and Indians magazine in 2003. The article said that he was in his early 30s, so if you do the math that puts him in his late 30s or early 40s.

I have just discovered Jay and I have to admit that I was surprised reading on some other threads here on the board the big dispute about his age. He certainly doesn't look in his late 40's like some were saying. He looks 38 as you all said. Also, if you look at him in Street Fighter he would have been 24 back in 1994 then and he looks it. JMHO:-)

Hey guys I'm not here to be inflammatory, but factual. I wanted to let you know that most of you DO have the pronunciation of his name correctly"Ta-vuh-ray", but not even close in terms of age (50?!?!?! peoplecome on!! Pleaseno, he's not close to 50.)
His actual age is not my business to tell, but he's not as "old" (50 is not old anywaybut he's not nearing 50 by any means.) as some are guessing. There are guesses here much closer to his age. It's his business to tell, but I understand the curiosity.
In response to the "Richard Jai" postonly those who know him personally know why that would be posted on that site (in spite of its false status), and know that the name he is known by truly is his own. Unfortunately, that information is inaccurate.
