need to understand that you might really dislike SNL's lame writers and not Kenan, cause you can only do so much with the corny stuff they write. Now I know some of you might honestly just dislike Kenan and that's your prerogative, but I just thought I would point out that all the hate shouldn't totally be directed at him as if he has total creative control on that show.

No I don't like him because I never found him funny, or in any movies he's been in, and he's been on the show since 2003. Enough is enough. Replace him with someone worthy of being on the show already.

Perhaps the Steve Harvey could be funny. I'm just really not a fan of this guy. Obviously he's doing something right to stay on the show for so many years and be so heavily featured. Or perhaps he's doing something wrong since he hasn't been able to break away in all these years. I don't know. I just feel like there are several more enjoyable players who are underused wheareas this guy is totally overused and not naturally funny. I'm also a huge fan of the original cast and have resisted change over the decades haha.

I actually think Kenan is funny when he does the Sharpton impersonations and he does seem to have broadened his range over the past year. I was never that impressed with him either, but it seems like he's been getting a lot better (he was actually goofy as hell as the vulcan from Star Trek on tonight's SNL.

I am not a fan and feel like he just sucks the funny out of everything he touches, but I will concede that some of the material just isn't funny as well. I just don't understand why he has to be in EVERY sketch. He's everywhere on SNL nowadays. More Kate McKinnon!

That is a BS defense. Kenan is the worse when he has to improvise, because he isn't creative and doesn't have a sense of humor. He is a simpleminded doofus. His whole shtick everytime is just acting stupid. How do you write something good for someone like that?

I disagree. When Will Ferrell left, Tracy Morgan was the only good cast member. He was always funny, no matter how stupid the writing was.

Tracy Jordan is horrible also. Love him on 30 Rock but on SNL he was just as lame and boring as Keenen. The last Good African American Cast member was Tim Meadows
