Is it just me or did anyone else notice Gunther call Joey "Matt" in the episode "The One Where Edddie Won't Go."
It sounds like Gunther asks "What's wrong Matt" when Joey walks up to the counter at Central Perk while looking all distraught about his financial situation after loosing his soap opera gig.
Gunther then tells Joey that he lost a gig as Bryce on another All My Children.
I was just curious to find out if anyone else noticed this.

I was just watching this on DVD and looked on her to see if he actually played Brice on AMC!
It would've been funny if he did. Even though I didn't watch AMC during its entire run, I watched it enough that I assumed there wasn't a character named Brice. For all I knew there could have been
I watched it over and over a few times and watched his mouth. He DID say, "MATT!"

Me too. I just saw it on TBS. It doesn't list him on AMC, but it would be cool if he did and they referenced it. The Janitor on Scrubs acknowledged to playing a character in The Fugitive. That was weird.
