This is on John Terry's trivia section;
Often mistakenly credited with voicing the "Previously on Lost" narration heard at the beginning of most episodes of "Lost" (2004), in fact this was recorded by Lloyd Braun, chairman of ABC from 2002 to November 2004.

The Links you provided dont show any evidence that Lloyd Braun is the Voice Over guy who says "Previously on Lost"
I believe it is John Terry who has provided his voice for the "Previously on Lost " bit, at least some of the time, because sometimes when I heard the voice it has reminded me of Jack's Dad.

No it isn't jack's dad it is the guy that allowed for the production of the piolot eposode of lost to be made. They are often confused.
