I noticed that lots of NZer's have a similarly crinkled nose after watching the Lord of Rings and Hobbit movies and Xena and Hercules tv shows. And I say more power to them!
I also noticed that New Zealand film directors favor slow motion death scenes and disgustingly vivid scenes of eating meals.
