Thanks to his performance he was one of the most outstanding and powerful characters on the show that made it as great as it was.

Through season 4 and 5 he had his issue with violence and his faith . Truly he was the only character go in with good intentions and come out even stronger. Every other character either wander in self pity or allowed their mindset forge their perception of the truth. Especially Schillinger would never admit that he was a rapist and Murderer.

I actually also think he over-acted slightly in his role as Said. Was still good though.

He is amazing as Kareem Said, I have so many favourites on that show, they're all great but Kareem always stands out as a compelling character played by an equally compelling actor. I always foudn Kareem a bit sexy too, the power he has over the other Muslims was hot 😉

The show is full of absolutely brilliant characters, Said, Schillinger, Ryan O'Reiley and Miguel Alvarez are all incredible.
Second chances are rare man, you shoud learn to take better advantage of em'
