Because Superman is white and the Spider-Man they use for movies is also white.
I'm as liberal a person as you're likely to meet but your comment was too dumb for me not to respond.
Go make a black Superman movie and you'll alienate fans of the character right across the board, regardless of their ethnic background. You can be politically correct without being a dumbass too

I was thinking the same thing after watching OZ again recently. While I didn't like Cadillac Records much, I thought he stole the show. He could definitely carry a Black Panther franchise for Marvel.
