After seeing him in "Cadillac Records" tonight, I thought he would be a tremendous choice for an on screen story of Paul Robeson. I'm not sure of his musical chops when it would come to operatic styles like "Show Boat"'s Joe, but I have no doubt he would pull it off with the right training.
A MARVELOUS actor!! I'm ashamed to say I didn't know of him until seeing him as Howlin' Wolf.
