You must be a new viewer, because that ship sail a long time ago,when Jeremy died,Bonnie,Tyler,Damon and Alaric all officially died and return. So I do not think Enzo coming back will ruin anything that haven't already been ruin. Bonnie deserve her happy ending .

Ending 1:
Damon lets Elena go because she is human and he is not. She accepts it. Last scene:she sits by a window in her new home writing in her new diary "dear diary sorry I disappeared for so long, but I'm back now, back where I started. I'm human now and everything is back to normal like none of it ever happened, like it was just a wild dream. I never met the Salvators and I was never a vampire" end credits!
Ending 2: Damon makes Elena forget about him or maybe even fall out of love with him so she can have a good life because she is refusing to let him go.
Stefan and Caroline
Ending 3: Stefan lives as human, Caroline leaves cause she can't be with him.
Bonnie and Matt
Ending 2: Bonnie becomes a powerful witch and lives MF. Matt Leaves or stays the sheriff.
Ideally for Stefan and Caroline I would like for Caroline to get the cure without Stefan dying somehow. Caroline has kids who will grow old while she is still young and healthy. NO child should die before their parents.

Well my answers aren't necessarily what's the better ending moreso what I think will prob happen bc of the narrative.
Ending 4: Damon turns human by getting the cure from Stefan. Him and Elena more into their new home.
Damon wouldn't take the cure from Stefan knowing it would kill him; however, I do think that Stefan would inject Damon with it as a selfless act. It's also possible that Damon goes to hell and comes back a human and Stefan doesn't die.
Ending 2: Stefan dies as a human, Caroline movies on.
Ending 3: Bonnie brings Enzo back to life. He is human now, and they go back to that house she bought.
I think the Enzo that returns from hell will be human. Kai was a witchpire when he died and he doesn't seem to be one in the 8x13 promo. Vicki, who died as a vamp, seems to be human as well.
