Most women look like crap after 40

It's cute that people can see that natural aging lines in her face that clearly show that she hasn't had work done, since those wouldn't be there if she had?
Many celebrities have cosmetic work done (and it nearly always makes them look worse), but it's a false generalization to claim "they all have."

I think she looks amazing for 47. I don't know if she's had work done or not but I think she looks about 10 years younger than she really is.

yeah you are right!after reading what i wrote 11 months later i think i was wrong!i realised my face has changed in only a couple of years!im just 18 and i have some wrinkles!now i think that shes extremely beautiful and her aging is completely good!as you said we are all aging!

Christie Brinkley has had three children, and look how great she looks at 62. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of women looking older if they've had children. Why on earth would that make a woman look older???

You are proof of my theory that women who are obsessed with looking younger or who are use to having youthful looks - and fear losing them - project their vanity and insecurities onto actresses and high-profile women of the same age. You have to validate yourself by insulting these women and accosting them for looking older. I see these types of posts all the time on the internet - "[insert actress name] is only 33? She looks older. I am 38 and everyone says I look 23." etc, etc.
I am sure you do look well-kept and take care of yourself, but your post reeks of insecurity. Naomi looks typical of a woman in her mid to late 40s; there is nothing wrong with that.

This is one of the more dillusional narssasistic posts I've seen on here in awhile. 44 and still get carded? Some places have too and the other place must be a guy that likes you and is humoring you. You didn't mention gray hair. At what age did you start dying it? I doubt you look better than a celebrity who has access to anti-aging technology we don't even know about yet. Also Andy MacDowell has kids so that idea is a fail.

I'll be 44 this Friday. Zero wrinkles, no sagging skin, 5'5"/112 lbs., still get carded. All I can attribute that to is never having kids. My baby sister is 37 and her friends - when they first met me - mistakenly referred to me as HER 'baby sister'. She's a single mother. Also, having worked in the music industry for 25+ years now, I am very appearance-conscious so, yes, I'd be lying if I said I don't work to maintain my looks but it's all-natural: excerise, good diet, zero surgery. I'm assuming Naomi Watts has children? Only possible explanation why she looks considerably older than me. As I stated earlier: I still think she's pretty and talented. Just not a good choice to advertise an anti-aging product.

Hmmmm No, we're gonna have to agree to disagree on that. With regard to hawking an anti-aging product, Naomi Watts is doing a major disservice to her's. Sorry.

She's aged as well as anyone over 40 in Hollywoodand no, Andie McDowell doesn't look 10 years younger than herat all.

Perhaps my wording was harsh but I stand by my sentiments that she's not a good choice for an anti-aging product. Take Andie MacDowell (please! Lol). I've never found her remotely attractive BUT there's no denying that she's aging EXTREMELY WELL and so her commercials for Revitalift are an effective endorsement for an anti-aging product, particularly when you consider she 1908is 10 years older than Naomi Watts but looks 10 years younger than she looks.

Yes!! That's why I came here. When I first saw her - in 'The Ring' - I first thought she was MUCH younger than she was, that she was an odd casting choice because she seemed way too young to be the boy's mother, initially striking me as maybe being his older sister. Now that I keep seeing her in the commercials for Olay Regenerist, an anti-aging cream, I keep thinking she is once again an odd casting choice as her face seems to have aged considerably overnight. She's still a great actress and very pretty but her face has more lines than a road map and not doing Olay any favors to endorse an anti-aging product. In only a few years, she went from looking much younger than her age to looking much older than her age. Not trying to come across as an insulting troll, just weighing-in on a thread that addresses something I keep noticing with an observation that apparently other people have made before I got here.

Her ass is still perfect!

She looked good in 1993 although she was in mostly crappy movies in the 1990's. But is a sleaze bag actress. By Mullholland Drive she looked smeary. Now she's just old and ok looking.

And some would rather just age naturally rather than botoxing the hell out of their face, and those that choose to age naturally look better (and less like plastic) because of it.
