<p dir="auto">Her new film Shut In hit theaters one week ago to scathing reviews.<br />
But on Thursday morning, Naomi Watts brushed it off to enjoy a stroll through the streets Tribeca in NYC with a friend.<br />
The reviews were less than satisfactory -  the "thriller" received a shocking 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.<br />
New York Times movie critic Jeannette Catsoulis went as far as to call the film 'achingly inept,' though she credited Watts for doing 'what she can to sell a plot of such preposterousness that the derisory laughter..began barely 20 minutes in.'<br />
The LA Times described the film as 'more effective as a 90-minute commercial for the L.L. Bean aesthetic than as a pseudo-psychological thriller,' referring to the array of gorgeous sweaters the actress sports in it.<br />
