I agree 100%. I watched her in that movie with Laura Dern, Mark Ruffalo and that guy from "Parenthood(TV)" and thought she was definitely pretty, but when I saw her in "Insurgent" a few minutes ago, I thought "wow, she looks 10 years younger."
I think that, even though she is (most likely) a natural blonde, the lighter hair washes her out a bit (as is common with many women over a certain age).
