I haven't been on this board and only recently (!) watched Buffy (I was a big Angel fan back in the day though). Haven't seen most of the comic book movies, not my thingjust wondering about things like: Some female characters get bitchy in a dominatrix-y, bdsm way, even though it's inappropriate to the plot or to the character (Cordelia in Buffy an example; she became much more interesting after her character did a 180 in "Angel"), pubescent girl (Michelle Trachtenberg) introduced when Buffy stops being/looking like a teenager, Angel has a son (which makes no sense) who bizarrely becomes a young teen in a few weeks then sleeps with a character 20 years older than hima lot of pervy things in his shows. Does he think the rest of us are pervs too or maybe he does/didn't careI mean I loved the first three seasons of Angel and the first four seasons of Buffy, butI don't think he's a feminist either btw.

I forgot to mention, the pre-pubescent looks of Amy Acker and to some degree of Summer Glau.
