I really like J. August Richards and would like to see him get more work. Denisof and Acker have already been effectively placed under Whedon's wing why not JAR? Another actor I'd like to see is Danny Strong.

Not that he should be Tyler Perry or anything but seems to me Whedon doesn't care too much for working with black actors, he damn for sure doesn't know how to write them without them being some kind of shallow stereotype.
When theres no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.

Oh yes, of course Firefly also had a mindblowingly awesome cast.
Maybe I should just make a list of Whedonverse actors I consider especially skilled:

  • Anthony Steward Head (Giles on BtVS)
  • James Masters (Spike on BtVS)
  • Nathan Filion (Caleb on BtVS, Mal on Firefly)
  • Jewel Staite (Kaylee on Firefly)
  • Alyson Hannigan (Willow on BtVS)
  • Eliza Dushku (Faith on BtVS, Echo on Dollhouse)
  • Adam Baldwin (Jayne on Firefly)
  • Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy on BtVS)
  • Christina Hendricks (Saffron on Firefly)
  • Summer Glau (River on Firefly, also famous in the Terminator franchise)
    and so on and so forth.

I would love to see nicholas Brendon and James Marsters on something. It would also be awesome to see Jewel Strait in a movie. Any of them would be great though. I notice Supernatural has alot of Whedonverse cameos on it and I love it.
