I watched her on Facing the Enemy which was made in 2001. She would have been 40 but appears to be at least 10 years older than that. She plays the lady cop and Linden Ashby is her partner, who is a year older but looks a lot younger.

You are correct. She was born in 1960. I knew her parents before she was born and met her in Sept. of 1961 when I was 8 months pregnant with my son. Oct. 14 is correct. Good catch.
