I heard that interview yesterday, and I couldn't help but think Artie was thinking of TV writer Jerry Stahl. Simply confused him actor with Max Wright. There's even a scene like that in the Jerry Stahl bio picif someone can provide a link proving Max did this I will gladly step down.
