This exceptional actor portraying a gangster in Honeydripper, is a force
to be reckoned with! My goodness you forget he is acting!
He reminds me so much of some of the "chilli pimp" coolsters I use
to see as a child on the legendary "Central Avenue" of Los Angeles
back in the early 1950's!
He plays this role as menacing, calculating, unflinching; that.
I will "blow your head off" mentality!!
Y'all better watch out for Tom Wright.this man is not "play acting,"
He actually metamorphoses into the character!!
