I think that you saying serial killers should be down for death but as long as you know they did it because without getting political they have made mistakes. But to say paedophiles should be put to death I disagree with I personally think its a mental illness that needs treating. I know it costs to keep them in jail but we can't say to people you came out wrong so we're just gonna kill you because you cost to much. Some people I think are born this way and lifestyle doesn't help but you can't just go around taking lifes, but I also don't think you should let them be free, I think they shouldn't be in prison either but a specialized mental health prison.

I don't agree with the death penalty. Many people are thrown into jail and are wrongly accused when they're innocent and they die because what?. a judge bangs his gravel and says, you're going to die? We're not God. We should not decide when people's times are up. I agree, we are spending our taxes on murderers and rapists that use that money to have cable, food, and sanitary conditions while the families of their victims are forever condemned to grief. But two wrongs don't make it right. We cannot just think that killing someone who took a life is right, it does not even out the scale. The only thought i've had as punishment for those that would harm again, would be solitary confinement. They will have the rest of their lives to think about what they've done. And for rapists.castration! that should keep them from ever raping again.
