Yes, indeed! I first noticed him on Under the Dome two days ago (7/14/14) and thought he was Clint Howard until I rewound my taped copy and saw him standing next to another character whom I know to be tall, and realized it probably wasn't Howard, then came to IMDb's Under the Dome page to be sure. I was going to start a new discussion about it until I found this one. I'm sure I've seen him before, but never disheveled looking like this, which makb68es him look all the more like the characters Howard likes to play.

eh, i can see what you guys are saying, but I was watching Panic Room, and i figured out who he really looks like. I'm not 100% sure what this guy's last name is, but he's the guy from Ghost, who was all like, "Get off my train!" He was also in Death To Smoochy, as Buggy Ding-Dong. I think his name in real life is Vincent Schiavelli or something.

You know who I think he looks like? Dwight Yoakam!! Sorry, couldn't resist. I agree, though that he does slightly resemble Clint Howard.

The first time I saw Dwight was in a video online"Ain't That Lonely Yet". I thought he resembled a young Bob Dylan; my daughter thought he looked like Tom Petty.

I agree he looks like he could be Ron Howard's brother, but he looks more like Ron than Clint. Actually he looks more like their dad, Rance.
