<p dir="auto">I agreed with almost all the Oscars given that night (including Crash as Best Picture. It wasn't better or worse than Brokeback Mountain, it's just different), but I got disappointed when the Oscar didn't go to Kathleen's "In the Deep" song. The winnin song was great, yeah, good lyrics, but you can't compare it with "In the Deep".<br />
This one is just really emotional, express a lot of emotions through the lyrics and the music. It had really clever and beautiful lyrics, plus a perfect and simple music that made it great. And Kathleen "Bird" York's voice was just amazing.<br />
