I didn't think he even worked anymore. I thought he not only stopped appearing on screen, but doing voiceovers. Yet I checked his IMDb credits, and found he didn't retire after all.

What a wonderful smooth voice Alan always has. He sounds the same as he ever did.

His voice made me fall in love with scrooge mcduck to the point where i wanted to marry him when i was four. Then my younger sister, being the classic tattle-tale case that she was, ran off to tell everybody. I am still being ridiculed now - and i do let it get to me. But I must admit that I was soo tempted to buy some Ducktales DVDs. It was a wise choice that I left it there especially because my younger sister was with me too.

He is hilarious in every way. His voice amazed me as a kid when I watched "Ducktales&qu2000ot; and even when he did the voice of that crazy Scottish guy Haggis MacHaggis on "Ren and Stimpy"
I've seen what I could in life but, alas, it just wasn't enough.

Sad thought! Bite your tongue! I actually worked with him at the Donna Reed Festival in Denison, IA in 2000. We were doing Bye Bye, Birdie, and he performed the song "Kids!" His daughter was directing it. He's a really sweet guy!
