What's your favorite fast food? I can't eat McDonalds anymore because it all tastes fake to me. I like KFC's strips and I substitute the fries for coleslaw. The Popeyes near me is filthy and disgusting so I never go.

I had environmental allergies and got shots for two years and I was somewhat cured. It was great.
The food allergies are new though.

I didn’t know I had problems until I did an elimination diet. It was awakening. I can’t eat fruits with seeds. No more avocados or apples. No cabbage, onions or garlic. Certain greens are a no go. 😩

The salad sounds good but I just can’t with chicken or turkey anymore. I’m more a beef person but that sounds terrible as well. ugh! old age. My mom got to the point where she only ate yogurt and fruit. I think im heading that way too!
