Dont get alarmed, i dont have anything that proofs that a biopic is on the way. But IF they were going to make one (mostly circulating around him as a singer in The Smiths ofc). Who could pull it off to play Morrissey?

It depends. If Michael Sheen looked even remotely like Morrissey he would be a fantastic choice, but I should think a resemblance is usually helpful in a biopic. Joaquin Phoenix looks quite a bit like Moz.
