congratulating someone and defending them are two different things and it's not like the first time a celebrity bride has been pregnant on their wedding day Elizabeth Taylor when she married Mike Todd ring a bell to any of you granted Mike was Liz's third marriage and both had children from previous marriages right Mike had Mike Todd Jr with his first wife Beartha Freeman and Liz had Mike Wilding Jr & Chris Wilding with Michael Wilding her second husband. and they had their daughter Liz about 6 months after their wedding. but sadly Mike was killed in a plan crash March 22nd 1958 while Liz was filming cat on a hot tin roof with Paul Newman who had just married a dear friend of hers who was nominated against her for the best actress oscar of 1957 Joanne Woodward who was also preggers on her & Paul's wedding day though she miscarried later. though Liz's loss was splashed across the press whereas Paul & Joanne's wasn't.
