If it's true that P Diddy was really declared not guilty then Ghislaine needs to be released too.
However he should have been declared guilty and she shouldn't get out either. Theres enough evidence that Diddy should go to prison.
Its the same thing. Its all based in egregious manipulation and its in both cases backed up by multiple people's claims.
Why was she strongly decided against but not Diddy?

It's probably hard to prove manipulation at least to a jury. With the age of the girls in Ghislaines trial it makes it more cut and dry. Sone of them weren't legally old enough to consent regardless so there was no need to convince a jury they were manipulated. But Diddy could still get anywhere from like, 5 to 20 years.

True, but not all of them. And Epstein was the one guilty of the actual acts against them. Ghislaine was the manipulator and she got the book thrown at her. Diddy, like Epstein, actuslly did the acts which were brought about by manipation and sometimes DRUGS. Regarding Epstein, some of the strongest testimonies came from people who were like 22 when it happened. Sexual coercion backed up by power is WRONG despite the age. I dont know why Diddy didnt get a stronger ruling.
