My point was made in comparison to her own previous character on Life and in comparison to the other female characters on POI.</p>

<p dir="auto">Seriously, as much as I enjoy POI, you have to kick into "suspension of belief" mode. Otherwise, you could nitpick this show to death.</p>

<p dir="auto">Disagree.<br />
She's totally unbelievable in the role. Especia111clly when compared to her role in Life, where I believed that she was a tough cop with a past.<br />
And I say that as a viewer who generally enjoys her performances.<br />
I'm really disappointed with her as Shaw, perhaps its because of the other very strong (in every sense of the word) female characters in the show?</p>
