you are probably right. the media isn't exactly one to keep quiet bout things. Even if it was Ozzy's son from previous relationship. Inside Edition and them would announce "Ozzy Osbourne's son has HIV" you tune in assuming its Jack but no its someone you barely know about.

I'm thinking its a distant relative. I don't think she would of mentioned it if it were a close relative because the media would of had a field day with it.

Ozzy had a son, or adopted a son with his first marriage. I'm assuming that is the man in question.
