So most people agree Gossip Girl sucks as a story but the fashion is fine. However, sometimes I wonder if the stylists hate Jessica or something. Vanessa always look much older than she is, oily and generally wearing unflattering clothes.
When I see Jessica off-screen, it blows my mind on how they can transform this absolutely gorgeous girl into the Vanessa they show on TV! She's got a stunning a face and a hot body. But can we see that in the show? No.
I know Vanessa is supposed to be a hipster character. But she can be a hipster without looking she never took a shower and never owns a mirror. In fact, I think some of Jessica's older pictures look more like hipsters I know in real life!
