I find it rather strange that despite all the pain Paris has had too endure, she seems to have recovered from her suicide attempt and is trying her best to lead a normal life. She looks to be a happy, well adjusted normal teenager and a lot of people are happy to see her doing better.
The Smiths on the other hand, despite never having experienced any hardships or suffering, appear to have gone insane, diving head first into Scientology, Pseudoscience, and New Age philosophy.
I admire Paris Jackson, she's was forced to confront the reality and politics of this world, it broke her down, but she survived. Not being a fanboy, after that whole ordeal she's either an incredibly strong or incredibly drugged person right now.
I am surprised, I thought she would have been the one to go insane and indulge in escapism. I'm glad to be proven wrong and I wish her the best possible future. Her story as we know it is a triumph and an inspiration all things considered.
