On Netflix watching s2e14 Thin Dead Line and the character Stephanie Sharp looks a hell of a lot like her. Leah woulda been 13 at the time, and it looks like a match.
Having difficulty finding any credits for the ep saying who played the character however. Hell, even all the buffyverse wikias I've looked in have nadda.
