Maybe she does cook, but no one will convince me that she is at loose ends when she returns home at the end of the day and scrambling to put dinner together because everyone is starving to death, plus she has to clean the house, do laundry, walk the dog etc., and then has no energy to devote to the kids, but she does so anyway because that's the price you pay when you're a parent. No one will ever convince me of this, unless I go to her home and watch her in action.
