Selena wanted more publicity, and therefore began hang out with Taylor.
Then since Taylor and Demi didn't get along, she probably convinced Selena to quit talking to her. And Selena desperately wanting publicity through Taylor must've missed her ass and did what she said.

As they grew up, they grew apart. it's just for them it happened in front of the world. You have best friends in elementary but then by the time you get to High School.. its just not the same. Plus Demi was going through so much with drugs and cutting herself.. where Selena went another way. It's obvious they only get together once a year to save face and please those fanatic selena/demi fans but I bet they have not hold a meaningful conversation with each other in a long long time

I think it's over Taylor swift and Justin bieber. They can deny it all they want it. I think Demi is low key jealous of Selena success. Demi user get bashed all the time but Selena got all the praise. If my best friend is more successful than me I would be jealous too. I feel like Demi got annoyed by Selena cause she ditched her for bieber and swift.
