It depends on which type of rapist he is.
If he's the type of rapist who fantasizes that the victim desires him, then her actually being turned on may not stop him.
If he's the type of rapist who wants the victim to suffer, then it may be a turnoff for him if she's turned on. But there is no way to know if he would lose enough interest to stop, or if her being turned on would make him angry and hurt her even more.

Cookie was a wacky and sharp showpony by the sound of it. Acting may not be the first thing that comes to mind with most rape victims and getting away as unscathed as much as possible would be the first thought for most. Shock can also prevent people from acting with shrewd creativity.

I guess my bizarre notion all started when I read Cookie Mueller's autobiography. She said that if a woman starts to feel unsafe around a strange man and feels that something bad may be about to happen, i.e., rape, then one of her best strategies of defense is to begin to act flat out crazy. And I suppose that the rapist can sort of intuit his victims and smell out their fear. Because rape is more an act of violence than an act of sex. So, maybe the rapist would be less likely to target somebody with a lot of confidence than somebody who appears more vulnerable?
I just think it's a wild thought to imagine a would be rapist who gets more than he bargained for when his would be victim "outdoes" him. And I'm really not talking about rape because in the scenario I have suggested it never gets to that point simply because, in this case, the victim has crazier and/or more violent impulses than his or her would be attacker. And I like the notion of the perp being totally caught off guard in this way. And I loved Cookie Mueller. She played Concetta in "Female Trouble".

You missed the point of my question, anyway. What I asked was what if the victim surprised the perp and GOT TURNED ON by him and actually WANTED to have sex with the would-be rapist? Would this reaction catch the pervert off guard?
The closest I have ever seen in a movie was when the blonde man raped Susan George in "Straw Dogs". She seemed turned on by him.
As far as gay rape goes, the scene from Paul Verhoeven's "Spetters" where the cute dark haired guy gets gang raped and finds out that he likes guys.
When he was making films in his native country, Paul Verhoeven was the most erotic director I can think of.
