What's klepto?
I can't tell if you're serious from that short text. It's a shortened form of the word kleptomaniac, a person who suffers from kleptomania, the "recurrent failure to resist urges to steal items that you generally don't really need and that usually have little value. Kleptomania is a serious mental health disorder that can cause much emotional pain" (from the Mayo Clinic's web site).
I am not sure stealing a $16,000 Hermes handbag qualifies.
