I am NOT a troll. This is a 100% true scenario:
Let's say a female employee (19 years old) tells male employee (24 years old) on his second or third day, "A woman in the building has been checking you out. She says you're a hunk of burning love." Naturally, he's flattered and feels his ego being somewhat inflated, as well as already feeling welcomed at his job, since he's apparently handsome to someone there.
About a week later, his "secret admirer" shows up. The female employee then says, "There she goes." Turns out that the woman is not just unattractive, but also has huge warts all over her skin. On top of that, she's mentally ill, and I don't just mean in the "normal" sense like a person (such as Kanye West, Pete Davidson, etc.) who's capable of raising a family and is currently seeing a therapist. I am instead referring to deranged people [some of whom are homeless and/or drug addicts] loose on the streets who have B.O. and talk to themselves while acting crazy and making a scene. The man's "secret admirer" definitely falls in that category. She doesn't work in the building, but simply delivers packages to the loading dock where the employee, her co-worker and the staff are stationed.
Apparently, a lot of these street messengers have mental illnesses. Please don't take this the wrong way, as I am NOT stereotyping. It's just something I've noticed. I kid you not, one messenger actually urinated on himself while falling asleep in a chair outside of the loading dock's messenger center where he was waiting for his outgoing package to be brought down. This upset the messenger center's manager who had to clean off the soiled chair.
Was the employee out of line for gassing her co-worker's head like that, on top of the fact that she basically insulted him by choosing a nasty-looking woman to use in her prank?

If any of this is true, I find it odd or surprising that this is still acceptable.
Ppl will still be assholes to each other but in work situations they still are?

This is true. I would not make this up. Unfortunately, that messenger center had very weak management. The messengers in the loading dock sometimes teased the street messengers. One of them said [in the presence of a very dark-skinned messenger], "He looks like Daffy Duck with his beak shot off," which he obviously stole from Marlon Wayans in "Above the Rim" who said that insult to Bernie Mac. The messenger in the loading dock who insulted him was black as well, but not dark-skinned, although that still doesn't make the insult acceptable.

"I am NOT a troll. This is a 100% true scenario…"
I dunno, man.
You already posted this a few weeks ago and you go on with these long and rambling odd scenarios and stories under different names.
Even if any of them are true, and it is a very, very big IF, you cannot blame anyone for having doubts of how legit you are and any of this is.
I am not really sure what you are seeking or why you are asking.
Are you going to do anything about it or just taking a survey?
Of course the stuff you are asking in this, even if it is true, is morally wrong.
I think you already know that so, besides trolling, why bother asking us any of this?
I also have doubts this is true because that could get the prankster in trouble.
Not just for the prank but also for sexual harassment and shaming another.

Thank you. This was the male employee's first professional/on-the-books/business attire job, as he previously worked at places where he got to meet girls, such as at a bowling alley. Therefore, when he started working in the loading dock, he no longer felt attractive, thanks to his co-worker who gassed him. On top of that, the fact that he was making minimum wage and dealing with women with careers, didn't help. Even though he was dressed accordingly, wearing the standard dress jacket/slacks/tie that the messenger company provided, the receptionists in that building looked down at him, even though he NEVER tried to ask them out. He was just being cordial, but they would ignore him.
One day when he filled in at another site for a messenger who called in sick, the female [very pretty] employee at that loading dock asked him if he has a girlfriend just five minutes or so after he arrived. He then felt his ego being inflated again, and asked her out. She said, "Oh I'm engaged, but I was asking because you should ask HER out" while pointing to a nerdy, quiet girl sitting in the corner reading. She was very awkward, basic-looking, and was wearing VERY red lipstick (translation: she didn't even try to make it look like she wasn't wearing makeup, so she basically looked like a clown). And she talked very awkwardly. The man again felt so insulted when he thought the pretty girl liked him… when it turned out she was engaged and therefore trying to set him up on a "pity date."
I guess that comes with the territory of eventually dealing with the real world. You spend years and years working somewhere where you constantly get hit on, and then get a professional job where you're suddenly not "all that" anymore. I know this reply is long-winded, but I would really appreciate your insight.
