I just saw this on Yahoo news. It is relevant now because they got some kid to play Eddie. I didn't know who Charity Wakefield was until I came to see her here and I must say that I could cast a better Marilyn with my eyes closed! Charity isn't as pretty as the old Marilyn was (and she was supposed to be pretty, at least to me) and she isn't blonde, though I know that's remdied with hair dye and/or wigs. To me, Jessica Chastain (how she looked in the Help) or January Jones would be a MUCH better Marilyn. I love the Munsters, so I am hoping this reboot doesn't suck too bad!!! By the way, thanks for posting this topic. I came here specifically to do the same until I saw your topic.
