You obviously haven't seen Ray Donovan. Broad range of acting ability required from her on there, and she does it very well.

The Hector guy doesn't do anything for me, and I prefer that Gloria end up with Patrick, but I was just thinking against this week after seeing Sunday's episode how believable Alyssa is as Gloria and how hard it is to believe that anyone thinks otherwise. She had already emerged as my favorite new character before I saw that anyone didn't like her.

I absolutely LOVE Alyssa Diaz. Her acting is amazing.
She player perfectly for the role she has and is really believable.
I hope they keep her and Joseph Julian Soria, The guy who plays Hector on the show for a long time to come. I also hope their characters work things out and get back together. They make the perfect on screen couple.

I've never seen her before Army Wives, but I see someone else has posted a thread saying that her acting has gotten better. I think she's completely believable as Gloria, who has emerged as my new favorite character.
