I agree.  And I just saw her sing "One Moment in Time" on the Today show, in supposed tribute to the GREAT Whitney Houston.  Her singing is abominable in comparison to Houston's.  Hudson is simply LOUD. Her phrasing is not in the least bit inspiring. She has minimal upper register. She has no nuance. She has a little bit of voiceless whisper, and a hell of a lot of annoying screaming.<br />
That is not singing.<br />
Simon Cowell was right from the beginning.</p>
