Tomorrow, the tree goes up.
I'm exhausted because we also deep cleaned the furniture that was put back in the family room after it was completed Friday (carpet install). I think the longest was reconnecting the TV, sound system, Roku, cable, and other stuff associated with it. Then the batteries in the one remote had bled out, so we had to clean the remote. Then we put out the new lamps.
And tomorrow the tree. Ugh. I think I'm exhausted just thinking about it.

Wanna wait until it feels right plus wanna save a bit on the electric bill.
But they are ready to go!
It's a funny ritual that we do this where they are on for a couple or a few hrs each night and yet the ones indoors don't get a good look at them and there is hardly any foot or vehicle traffic on our street.

We have a huge wreath with lights on the front of the house between the two large windows up on the third floor. We have an enormous lighted snowman (had to be staked down), three lighted trees, lighted balls - and that's that.
