I was alarmed with these promos for War Dogs, but I suppose he gained it back for this role. Then IF HE WANTS MORE WORK AND I BET HE DOES, he'll get back into the grind of losing it all over again. He must have put 40 lbs on for this role.

Why juicing fruit? That's like the worst thing you can do.
If you want the sugar to go straight to your liver, you might as well just drink a tall glass of pepsi.
IMDB: where every single user has an awesome signature

EXACTLY, lol. juicing his organic veggies and doing cardio with yoga with philanthropy and volunteering to death doesn't mean you can't be hit by a bus or better yet, get stabbed to death by the homeless person you just gave money to.

It's been scientifically proven that people who don't work out and juice veggies are happier and live a far superior life than those who do. You're still going to die of cancer, juicing veggies won't change that. I know vegans, vegetarians and health nuts die sooner than junk food eaters. In the end, it really doesn't matter, especially if you're rich.

I am proud to say that I take care of my health by juicing veggies & fruit, doing 40-45 minutes of cardiovascular training along with resistance training. Results come if you stay within range of a focused mindset. After that it becomes addicting because of the positive results received from dedication. Someone mentioned on another thread the Jonah should get in contact with Chris Pratt's trainer, I totally agree with that notion. Not to sound like a biggot but his current weight isn't a pretty sight. He'll definitely need additional time to get in shape for 23 Jump Street.
I can see how it must be a challenge for Jonah to stay consistent with his weight which attributes to his social life (for better or worse, the roles that requires him to gain weight). He should make a conscious choice to lose weight for Health concerns, the older you get the more challenging it can be.
The War has only begun, will you defend your destiny?
