I'm sure the white knights are going to jump on me for this but look at her desperate attempts to stay in the spotlight over the last few years, you're going to have to excuse me if I'm not a little cynical.

After having spent the last 4 days in the hospital and having emergency surgery for a gigantic kidney stone I'm not going to pass judgement on anyone. I hope you are right and it isn't true but I reserve the judgement call until we know more. Like I said before, I won't kick anyone while they are down.

If she genuinely suffered from an aneurysm, then, despite my intense dislike for her, I hope she has a speedy recovery.
However, if this is another bullsh!t publicity stunt, then I hope she is penalized for this, whether it's being completely shunned by the public or being forced to work with people who have suffered from brain injuries to gain perspective.
If it's the latter, I want to see the b!tch nailed to the wall. She's effectively spit in the face of everyone who has suffered from a brain injury in her mindless quest to be in the public eye.

No one could fake an aneurysm, but it's just a press release, who says it's a fact? The hospital can't release any medical info so Tila can say whatever she wants.
Just like that Kony2012 guy went bannanas running around naked and the press release said it was caused by "dehydration, malnutrition, and exhaustion"
In Tila's case my guess is that "aneurysm" is just PR substitute for "meth binge" just like "swam gas" and "weather balloon" are PR substitutes for "Flying Saucer"

Also, no one has declared what caused Tila's aneurysm and btw aneurysms can happen to anyone at anytime spontaneously. She was released from the hospital on Monday and is going into rehab in Florida. Radar reported the following:

Both have done some really stupid & careless things but I think Lindsey is one that will never change. She won't admit she has a problem. Tila, on the other hand, has a lot of issues. To be honest, I think she's probably a really lonely girl that does crazy stuff for attention. With Lindsey, her own parties with her and doesn't think anything is wrong with her.

TILA is far worse than Lindsay. Lindsay is just going through some tough times in her life, she is a human she's not perfect. But Tila is just an attention seeking, fame hungry gold digger.

Tila, by far. At least Lindsay has the sense to drop out of the public eye when she screws up. Tila revels in it.

NO WAY NO WAY. LILO HAS TALENT, that is undeniable. She was pretty in mean girls and lost that, but she is still very talented.
