well maybe the reason she was smiling is because it happened a while back, not just a second ago. and perhaps another reason is because she is not going to let the ignorant words of another person affect her demeanor. would you prefer she pull a heather mills move and talk about committing suicide because she now has to deal with the media? she knows that she is getting publicity, event though it came about from a dreadful situation. and they did get money for it. this situation is pretty awkward. she should be compensated for having to be the subject of that slur, but then now she has to be in the media. and it is also sad to see dog's career go up in flames at the same time. i think his use of that word wasn't meant to be vindictive as say michael richards lynching reference, or even don imus' idiotic remark. i think those were more racist, whereas dog did clearly explain that he didn't think african americans were inferior or anything like that. i think that saying the n word does not make someone a racist, it also depends on their attitude and how they mean it. for example, don imus didn't use the n word but what he said about those women implied that he thought that all african american women are whores and he used their hair texture in a deragatory way. of course, one should never use that word, but i am just saying that dog's use of it didn't seem as severe as michael richard talking about lynching people.

Did you see Monique in the Nat'l Enquirer interview? The excerpts I saw on Hannity & Colmes & Larry King, she was SMILING!!! If she was that offended & upset then why was she smiling. Why wasn't Tucker in that interview (anyone know?)? So, again, it's about the money. Dog saw the exerpts & he apologized to them both, stated Monique was pretty & that after all of this Tucker better marry Monique! It also sounds like Tucker is having a hard time keeping a job (per the interview w/Dog) & needs the money. Larry King replay 11/08 12:00 midnight est, 11:00cst.

I think they are selfish in a way because they did not stop and think about everyone involved. Their game plan had holes and the thoughts of money clouded their reason. This just did not affect Dog and Dog only. All of the family, the young children, and spouses involved will face scrutiny by the community. The children will be teased. Family members might lose jobs. I am sure going to the supermarket and other places for the spouses will not be a peaceful thing.
There is something here that the public does not know about. It is a soap opera in which I am sure Dog is not the only villain. They sat on this tape for eight months. I hardly think that Tucker and his woman are innocent victims.
