Sorry but you must not be paying attention.
I don't think Felicia is Transgender. Google her name and find the article/photos about her 'makeover'. She can definitely pass for a 'regular' female, if she so chooses. She looks completely different and VERY much female in the makeover pics. However, given her personality and physical characteristics, she'd have to put a lot of practice into her more 'female' act to carry it off convincingly.
