So wrong. I could stand to lose some belly fat, but I'm within my ideal weight and BMI. So I'm not morbidly obese.
I don't consider myself pathetic either. Got a good job, great wife and kid. Actually when the wife and I were talking about who our biggest celebrity crushes were, I told her it was Keeley. She had no idea who that was (we're American after all, and Keeley is unfortunately not that well known over here).

I'm in training to be in the Parachute regiment, I certainly am not pathetic or morbidly obese and yet, strangely enough, I think she's stunning, as does just about every straight bloke.
