Her name is Muslim, she could probably be Muslim. Muslim religion are passed through generations. If either her mother or father is a Muslim, they could probably brought her up as a Muslim. It all depends whether the Muslim parents were conservative or not.

ok. yes, of course, a name can be muslim or christian. the given names Simon, Peter and Paul, for example - because they come from the Bible. but it's stupid to say that they "sound" Christian. Peter and Paul are of Latin origin and Simon comes from Hebrew. just because someone has those names doesn't make them Christian, and just because someone DOESN'T have those names does not make them NOT C5b4hristian. so Imani's name(s) are probably of Arabic origin. but that doesn't make her Arabic nor does that make her Muslim.

That is a very ignorant statement. There's a HUGE difference between arabic and muslim. Being an arab is an ethnicity and a culture. Yes many cultures are inspired by their religions but it doesn't meanb68 the ethnicity and the religion is the same. You don't say that Italian and Catholic has no difference, do you? There are Japanese Muslims, Indian Muslims, British Muslims, etc. In fact, the country that has the largest amount of muslims is not even an Arabic country! (Indonesia for those who do not know)
