No she was born in England so she's English. I think what you mean is does she have Lithuanian heritage.
It's a pet hate of mine when people state where their family originated from111c as opposed to their actual nationality.

Yep, surname would only sound lithuanian if it was "Gedmintait". Though she's born in England and up there they keep identical surnames for all members of the family so that must be why. First name is very lithuanian though.

Her father is Lithuanian and mother is English. Gedmintas is not so typical Lithuanian surname, very rare name/surname.

She grew up in Stockholm and then Buckinghamshire. Gedmintas is English born to Lithuanian parents on 23 August 1983.
Movies will make you famous; Television will make you rich; But theatre will make you good.

As the wife of a Latvian, and as my beautiful teenage children tower over me, I can tell you her name is Latvian. She certainly looks so.

Just for your information: the surname Gedmintas is a typical Lithuanian surname and it does not resemble any Latvian surnames. There haven't been, aren't and never will be any Latvians with a surname Gedmintas. Rta or Ruta, however, could be Latvian women's names.
And trust me, I say this as a Latvian.

If I had to guess, I'd say the first and last name very Latvian.
I know a lot of Latvians so that's what it sounds like.
Not sure of Lithuanian names though.
