I'm fairly expert at detecting nose jobs. I'm inclined to the 'NO' side on this. He photographs differently depending on the lighting and angle. The profile appears the same.

he didnt have a nose job. First his nose looked larger because of the body fat due being young, second it depends on the camera/angle. I absolutely don't see a point for him changing his nose, first its a very serious operation, second your nose tip remains numb for the rest of your life (i had a nose job) third his nose doesnt look like he had a nose job. So no, not the case.

It does kinda look like he had that typical movie actor "shaving" procedure to to narrow it. The new nose looks effeminate.
The only other explanation is that he face is fatter which does happen as we age.

Armie's nose looks different from his very first movies mostly from the bump. Not sure if a bump would erode over time since the nose continues to grow with age though.

question your judgment in initiating gossip. There's no benefit in spreading an opinion that's disguised as fact but is really based on an uninformed perception.
Some basic facts about photography and publicity shots that you may or may not know.
1)
The angle of a person's face affects the photo's shadowing and the way facial feature proportions are captured.
2)
Lighting is
essential
in how a camera captures image details.
3)
Publicity shots are almost always edited before released to the public. The editing process depends on the purpose,
e.g.
, style magazine images go through a much more complex editing phase than images taken at red carpet events for entertainment news.
Now look closely at these stillshots of Armie taken from each film.

  Besides, cosmetic surgery is a significant risk for any male actor. Nearly everyone, including Armie, has facial features that diverge from the "ideal", but for those with careers that involve continual scrutiny of their appearance, natural is far more preferable. I agree that Armie's looks has changed slightly throughout his career, but that's because he is maturing like the rest of us. Look closely; he has the same nose, but the contexthis overall facial proportionsis changing naturally.
He's still blooming into his prime years in terms of looks, and apparently he won the lottery gene for Classically Handsome.

Armand needed that schnoz job because he got great-grampa Armand Hammer the oil tycoon and Communist's big beak as well as his name and his share of the millions. The name and millions that allowed him to get breaks in Hollyweird that all the scores of other 6'5" equivalent, unknown and unconnected, wannabees don't get.
