First of all, since the end of time hasn't been reached, titling anything or anyone the best or worst of anything makes the discussion sort of null and void.
Meaning that as bad as you think Armie is.you may very well have a new "worst" next week, month, or year.
I personally don't think he's bad. Inexperienced, yes. But considering his age.I think he's okay. Very green, but I also think he's a natural actor. He definitely knows how to create chemistry with his co stars-which is a lesson some actors in the business for decades still have yet to learn. He also knows how to inject vulnerability and likeability into a character. Again, a lesson some actors who have decades of experience on him, still haven't learned.
I have liked him in everything I've seen him in so far. He's a long way from "great"but I give him props because I see so much potential.

the acting is not the OP's job but its armie's job and he's terrible at it.

I was thinking about the same thing during the movie. I really thought that he was terrible, and ruined the movie for me. Easily one of the worst leads I've ever seen.
