i have a coworker that has the same conditon, and it drives me crazy. it distracted me in the first episode, and now that i progressed watching, its a pain to watch.

Hm, that's one of the things I love about her. I find her mouth and facial expressions absolutely fascinating.

Keira Knightly does it worse though. Her mouth did all the acting in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
Caity is fit as heck at least. Got to give anyone props for that level of conditioning. You can tell she doesn't just do Pilates or yoga to be fit.

I am also here about the mouth distraction thing. I rarely care about stuff like this but I feel it looks like she had a broken chin and is having difficulty using her facial muscles again.

Just watched S02E05 and when she's there on the boat (scene), she doesn't do this at all. So she's definitely doing this on purpose for one reason or another (to seem angry?), but it's not her speech.

It's terribly distracting. She does have a pouty face. Why can't she just pull it together and stop making that spoiled brat face. I watched her again on mad men, without realizing who she was the first time I watched MM. She makes the same dumb face in every scene. I think she feels like it's an effective emotional expression , it just makes me sick to my stomach. She looks like she has fiber glass stuck in her vagina.

Fully agree. I love watching Arrow, but the mouth thing is ridiculously distracting. I haven't seen her in anything else, so I don't know if it's natural or something she's doing for the part. And for the genius say5b4ing "if you don't like her mouth, change the channel" that's just absurd. When you like everything about a show except one distracting feature of someone it makes no sense to just stop watching the show.

I've wondered if it's just her natural way to hold her face or if the directors told her to look pouty or something, if it's not natural, whatever she's trying to accomplish it is really bad. Maybe she or her people will come on here someday to see what people think of her and see that really, they should teach her a new face trick. Meanwhile it's weird to be petty about something like this but it's too weird huh? And why can't he just fall in love with Felicity instead anyway? (but that's another topic)
