As much as I dislike Caity Lotz's stupid permanent pout-lips I have to say I'd love to see that twig Laurel try the salmon ladder. Might be great for a good laugh.

I seriously doubt her muscle tone was CGI. Even in normal scenes you can see she is no waif. What's most likely is that she worked out a lot before that to look more pumped up. I'm really glad they are using someone with good physical abilities for this role as too many movies and TV shows have girls who look like stick figures fighting and beating large men. With her it's a lot more plausible.

Did anyone catch the ep where she is on the pullup bar? I'm pretty sure it's not her doing those pullups or else they wouldn't have those edits
When Stephen Amell is doing the pullups, it's a wide shot showing that it's clearly him doing them.

Wow! She is impressive! These days I assume they have stunt people do most of the fighting but this actress is the whole packagepretty with kick ass moves! I've liked all the roles I've seen her in so farkeep it up Caity!

So far, I'm highly impressed with Caity Lotz as Sara/Black Canary. I haven't seen her in anything before but I love how she's playing these characters (I count them as two because she portrays two separate personas).

Good choice. I liked her in Mad Men and Death Valley.

Laurel is a terrible character (no offense to Katie Cassidy, who's doing what she can with the terrible and boring writing her character gets).
Maybe she'd do better with that change to her character. I agree she doesn't get much to work with, but that's the same with Thea. However they seemed to realized that and fixed the problem with her character by giving her Oliver's nightclub to run. So perhaps things will get better writing-wise with Laurel.

Less chances for her Laurel, Sarah and other females character that maybe will come back..
